There are so many wonderful things about conferences. They’re fun, exciting, educational, and great for networking. But…maybe you would also add “stressful” to that list of descriptors.
I’m headed to one of my favorite conferences next week: BlissDom Canada. It’s a super high-energy gathering of hundreds of amazing, talented women: bloggers and social media mavens, primarily. (Here’s what my experience was like last year.)
I wrote a post last week on YMC outlining my top ten ways to bust the stress that can accompany conferences. If a conference is in your near future–whether Blissdom or not–I’m willing to bet you could use one or two of these strategies. Truth be told, even if you’re not heading to a conference, these tips can come in handy for anyone facing a stressful situation.
