Hack Your Body Clock: How To Become A Morning Person

I haven’t always been a morning person. But when various factors collided (specifically, getting a book contract to produce three novels in three years, coupled with the fact that quitting my day job was not an option…mostly because my children had grown rather accustomed to eating food on a regular basis) I had to come up with a new plan. So, I started getting up at 5 am. Every day.

It wasn’t easy at first. But it was oh-so-rewarding to have two (blissful!) hours all to my little ol’ self first thing in the morning. I quickly became hooked.

If becoming a morning person sounds appealing to you, but you’re not sure you can pull it off…read this. In my latest post on YMC I outline the three steps you need to take to hack your body clock and become a morning person.

Now. Who’s ready for another cup of coffee?
